7Mr. Match seems to be a favorite of the Battle Network developers, him appearing in the vast majority of the games. Bit of an odd choice given how... unpleasant he tends to be. I mean, he remains a villain the majority of the time, and quite the malicious one too. Most people would want to forgot about him as soon as they met him. Yet not only does he pop up often, he also get a good bit of character development. And like him or not, you do spend a lot of time with him, so why not give him a closer look and see if we can dig up anything worthwhile?
