Ms Courtney being a misandrist for 9 minutes

Ms Courtney is the principal of the school where Mr Brown, Sid, Gladys, and others like Mrs Hunter and Mr Jarvis worked at.
She is sometimes seen as a female misogynist.
A misogynist is a man who sees men as superior to women
A female misogynist is the other way round, a woman who sees women as superior to men.
Ms Courtney asked for a female teacher but got Mr Brown. Seeing this, she only gave him a month trial, especially what happened to Mr Warbuton, who resigned after a month as she says he could not handle the stress, saying it as "typical male inefficiency, no stamina"
However you cannot blame her for why she behaves so.
Why did I say she was ahead of her time?
If you were a woman in the 20th century, you would ardently fight for the rights of women, at least for men and women to be equal and it's no surprise some women chose to act like Ms Courtney, who believed women should be above men.
I read an article where there is a region in China that treats women as Queen and men as inferiors in today's time. Not sure what's the region though, I read that article years ago.
Back to the point
After dismissing Mr Brown, Ms Courtney got Ms Hardacre, but she was so intent in taking over the school, Ms Courtney chose to fire her, thanks to Gladys' advice, and give Mr Brown a chance again. Ms Hardacre acted very masculine, according to Ms Courtney. Still, it would be interesting if the writers made her fire Mr Brown again and get a feminine female teacher in charge of the EFL class.
Ms Courtney berates Mr Brown when he falls ill, calling him, "Typical of the weaker sex!" I did not like that but it was in line with her personality.
Ms Courtney still retains her "women are far superior" mentality in Season 2, where in S2E5, when only 1 coach arrived when there was supposed to be 2 coaches during the coach trip episode.
When she asked Mrs Hunter, the History teacher, she told her that the man at the coach company said she only ordered 1 coach, when she said she certainly ordered 2, to which Ms Courtney responds, "Typical male inefficiency!"
There is little evidence of her acting as a female misogynist in Season 3 so there are no clips from Season 3 in here.
