Looking into which software can produce same vídeo at lower overhead cost.
Both Softwares used speed presets for Quicksync version and 35mbit. For VCE there was speed preset in Afterburner while in OBS-studio it has only default preset which should be very close to Afterburner VCE speed.
All vídeos were recorded at 1080@60fps.
