Metropolis Street Racer being played on a Dreamcast via VGA box, VGA to HDMI converter and XRGB-mini Framemeister.
The VGA to HDMI converter is made by a company called Neet and although it does support audio input / output unfortunately I was unable to capture any sound whilst recording the gameplay.
The XRGB-mini was required as none of my other devices or displays could recognise the output from the VGA to HDMI converter.
MSR itself remains an extremely impressive game for its time and compares well to its big brothers (PGR & PGR 2 on the original Xbox). Please see my various videos of PGR & PGR 2 for comparison purposes.
Please also see my other Dreamcast videos using a generic "no name" scart to HDMI upscaler which, for around £30, produced surprisingly decent results.
