MSX Game: Raid on Bungeling Bay (1984 Broderbund)
17A Shoot 'Em Up game where you control a helicopter launching from an aircraft carrier to bomb six factories scattered across islands on a small planetoids occupied by the Bungeling Empire. You also get attack by gun turrets, fighter jets, guided missiles, and a battleship. If you fail to complete the mission then the Bungeling Empire has taken over planet Earth and game is over. You must attack its infrastructure while defending the aircraft carrier served as its home base. In order to win the game, you must prevent the escalation by bombing all the factories as quickly as possible, to stop them from advancing their technology. If you wait too long, the factories would create enough new weaponry to overwhelm the player.
This one is much harder than the NES version. The 6th factory seems like it never dies. The large enemy ships fire's guided missiles which seems to be unstopple so I had to drop bombs to destroy it. The game goes too fast for me unlike the NES version so I did use a couple of cheats which are infinite energy and infinite bombs in order to beat the game rather than dying. This game only has one ending regardless if you beat this game with cheats or not or if you lose when trying to destroy the 6th factory. .
