Options to Cheap-ify the deck:
Armored Scrapgorger (instead of Llanowar Loamspeaker)
The Weatherseed Treaty (instead of Topiary Stomper)
Blossom Prancer (instead of Timeless Lotus)
Bombs can be replaces with any other Red/Green/Blue bomb you can think of. (Hullbreaker Horror and Titan of Industry are freebies, Ideally you want 1 bomb to be Hasty and hard to deal with while the other bomb is a value machine. This can be as cheap as Copper Host (8/8 Trample Hexproof) and as expensive as Shivan Devastator.)

General gameplay advice: The deck is designed to primarily ignore threats and has few outs, it aggressively pushes mama onto the board so you can do very expensive, flashy things as soon as possible. Mono Red and other fast, out the gate aggressive hasty decks will kill you (Your only out is Burning the house and there is no life gain innately). In return, most control and midrange decks that can't find output will get crushed by Rex or immense value.
