So... it's him. That one user that made those Pokémons with GladiaCloud and other stuff.
Now, there's nothing inaproppriate about this character, since he mostly focus on being Source Accurate, just like NES Mega Man. He can switch through shared weapons, star spells (which are currently unfinished) and of course, the special weapons from the robot masters. (which are ALSO currently unfinished)
It can be a bit hard to control since you can't face against the opponent.
