Mugen Challenge!! : Hop To Victory! 2nd Edition
16I decide to take on 3 more opponents with my challenge.
The rules are the same as before, but I'll list them again
- You may only use ONE move to damage your foe
- It can be any move, HOWEVER, this move must lift your character off of the ground
- You may not use any other variation of this move, so pick which one you will use.
- Other moves may be used, but they cannot be used to damage your opponent. Only to exploit their AI or other forms of convenience.
Be creative! I purposely gave my rules loopholes so players can be smart asses. =P
Anyways, onto my opponents
Aoko Aozaki:
her CLSN2's are large... VERY large, which makes it really easy to hit and out prioritize her. She also has several loopholes, rarely taking a moment to think against attacking at any moment you're in range.
Difficulty: Easy peasy
Dracula:
Dracula has only one weak point on his body in his first phase; his head. On top of that, he has hyper armor. This can make things a little tricky, since you want to avoid his attacks as well as land your own. Most of you will be using shoryuken-type moves, which means you'll be open for punishment while you're falling back onto the ground. It's important to avoid being aggressive in this case. If your move has invincibility frames in the start up or anywhere else, you'll want to time it so that you dodge through his projectiles and hit him. I made several mistakes against him, but even then, I still won.
Difficulty: Medium
Evil Ken:
GYAAAAH!! It's hard enough to beat Evil Ken NORMALLY, but using one move!? He's extremely aggressive, and will command read nearly everything you throw at him. having moves with lots of start up will mean BIG TROUBLE for some characters, and most attacks that lift you off the ground leave you open sometime afterwards, and Evil ken WILL exploit it. Not to mention that his attacks are VERY overpowered, and he has above average defense and health. One wrong move and you might become a victim of his horrid Shun Goku Satsu, which can wreck your motivation, ESPECIALLY if you're really close to winning. I gave up on this a few times due to frustration (and the fact that I spent so much time doing it that it resulted in my arm becoming a bit worn out), however, eventually I pulled through and beat Evil Ken.
