Dokuro Mitsukai is from a 'dark comedy' anime, manga and visual novel as well.

She is made by a MUGEN Author by the name of "Ichijo". She has three A.I. files and the one that is activated already seems to be the hardest one since it makes her very active and hellishly difficult.

Dokuro is broken beyond all belief. She is able to spam to high heaven with her simplest of attacks and they, along with other things she has deal damage that is way out of proportion. That, together with caliber of spamming, lets her take down her opponents without lifting a finger. Her hitboxes are a bit off at times but they are not too bad, I suppose. Her supers are absolutely crazy as well since they tend to make her move all over the place in the stage at high speed, and that is most likely to happen when those attacks miss completely. She can spam her light attacks that do a ton of damage to fill her power bar potentially quickly, allowing her to use supers easily.

A peculiar thing about this character is that sometimes she can even move and make an attack right before a round actually starts which easily makes her a cheap character, as if her broken gameplay was not bad enough. Looking aside the horrible attributes of this MUGEN creation, she has absurd sprites and very awkward animations which make her a hideous creation to look at altogether.
