A lot of updates on Mr. Kyo
1. Fixed/added more sprites
2. Jump animation changed
3. Added two additional punch animations
4. Changed the super knockup
5. Added more animation to Silvy's attack
6 - Ball won't cause heavy knockup
7 - Added another defensive action (Credit to 018 for the sprite)
8 - Fixed Palette 1, will have automatic awaken Mr. Kyo mode.
9 - Major fixes and added a few more moves based off the animation
10 - Palettes 1-6 Mr. Kyo has been fixed to balanced
11 - AI changes to have the same balanced based off the animation
12 - Fixed his 'Heh' sound
13 - Fixed his dodging skill
14 - Palette 8 is more brutal, potentially has a chance to do more damage when in defense.
15 - Fixed a bug where
16 - A new special skill added - Inspired by Bloo vs. Mr. Kyo animation
17 - Modified dodge
18 - Special Intro vs. Bloo
19. Palette 7 gives you an opening where he hides behind a black palette
