0Since each new account are given around 2.7M vouchers, you can just create dummy accounts and easily buy scarlet pacts. All you need is a phone with a split screen. Before starting, dont forget to lower the graphics quality so it won't crash. Open one in the app, and one in chrome. Auto summon scarlet on your dummy account and assist with your main. Enter, hit it once and exit out. Feel free to use more than 1 phone. I was actually on 2 phones last week, 4 accounts, 3 dummy summoners and 1 main assist, doing 3 scarlets per turn. Although I got worked up easily with this faming.
