We wrapped up the discussion of Shaq Fu in this video. Shaq Fu isn't a worst game of all-time. Definitely not what I would call a good game, but it's a b-movie style fighting game with characters that are too small, very floaty jumps, but an interesting and odd set of characters and abilities. It's so cheese, but I love it! So does Meg! Gaming is all about fun and Shaq Fu oozes with fun, charm, and lots of jank. Check it out if you've never played it.
Street Fighter 2 CE is an all-time classic, and the Genesis version of SF2 holds up well for the two of us, despite not being well-versed in SF2. What game in the future will unseat it in the top spot?
Top Fighter 2000 MX VIII is actually somewhat fun for being an oddball Chinese bootleg. Joden, Ali, Goku, Ryu and friends make this a unique title, but the poor animations and stiff controls make it a difficult game to actually recommend. Meg says it's slight above average, I say it's slight below average, so our average score puts it right in the middle. It's definitely a unique title for a collector.
