Rons explains how to choose a motherboard and CPU if you plan to have mroe than one 3060 in a system mining.

You will need a boad that has multiple lanes that run at x8.

You will all need a CPu which has as many lanes are there are cards.

For example 1 card runs at x8. If you have two cards you will be using x8 and x8 which is x16.
So your CPU will need to have 16 PCI lanes.
