The Ministry of Defence says it has no reports of any British military or government casualties following at least two explosions near Kabul airport.

Governments in the UK, US and Australia had earlier warned people queueing outside the airport to try to leave on evacuation flights to move away, after what they said was ‘credible intelligence of an imminent threat’.
