In case you can't tell what's dynamic about it (because of shakiness from my phone), there are particles you'll notice coming from the right to the left of the screen, the police light in the background flickers, the shots in his back bloom a bit, the street lights bloom a bit more, and probably a couple other things I'm not noticing as well.
Also, with it being a theme and not just a wallpaper, the font is thick and sort of blue as you can see, but it looks cooler when not being projected off a phone camera :P.

Sorry about the quality, I don't have anything to record except my phone. I decided to post this though considering I still haven't seen anyone with a video showing it.
