Sometimes, as a musician, you start work on a project and that project takes on a form of its own. It goes beyond whatever you intitially intended and becomes something far, far greater than you should have been able to do figure out by yourself. Into the Mist is one such example where everything comes together in a fascinating sort of wonderfulness. It does exactly what it sets out to do and no more. This is one of my more inspiring Ambients and you can put whatever story to the music you like.
