These are from when the character first came out, so you can see my first impressions of Morty, as well as how I initially approach playing the character.

Morty only swears if you have "Mature Language" enabled in your game's settings, so if you're wondering why he's not also swearing in your game, you can enable that if you want.

Now that I've had more time with Morty & got him to level 10, I started using grounded side special more (the traveling rock pillar), the starship for recovery more often to refresh my jumps, dodges, and specials, and it's easier to go for more down air spikes in a team setting.

Also, if you use grounded up normal below a platform when the cooldown for the snakes (dunno what to call it) is ready, the shot will bounce below the platform, and send at a much lower angle than usual. I've found this generally easier to land than the weird default height on the move.

Perks used:
Pretty much none lol because the game loves to screw over people trying to learn new characters by putting them at a direct disadvantage against other people, and not letting characters have perk training at level 1 also screws over anyone who teams with someone learning a new character. This is why I want the perk system either gone completely (preferable, especially since it's a balancing nightmare) or all characters should have all perks automatically unlocked at level 1.
