These are far from the optimal strats and paths for the most part, and some of the stuff I go out of my way to do is pretty suboptimal, just because I thought it was fun, rather than it actually saving time, so tbh I think the only things you'd need to copy yourself if you want the S ranks is the pathing itself, and maybe some of the skips.
Looking at other runs alongside this video can help if a path or strategy here isn't working for you.

The reason 1-2 has a different outfit and no input display is because I recorded that run days before any of the others. Funny enough, that run was my motivation to keep doing Sonic Frontiers level runs for S ranks. Since then, I added an input display, and got my code for the soap shoes. I thought about using the monster hunter collab armor, since that released before recording 29/30 of these, but SA2 was my first sonic game, so I wanted to rock the soap shoes in my runs, and it's easier to tell what's going on in runs without a set of armor over Sonic. My issue with the rathalos armor was that there was a bit of visual clutter over Sonic that made it more difficult to see the landscape and objects around Sonic, so I figured I'd stick to something simpler with more visual clarity.
I also had to re-do 2-5, because apparently, I didn't record it originally. I swear there's a curse affecting 2-5 specifically, because in an OST upload video, a song was accidentally put in twice, and put over 2-5. That level is haunted or something.
