If you've never tried taking diphenhydramine recreationally, I would advise against it, but if you have before, then you should know 400mg is a "heavy" dose, I used to play Tarkov on it around the 500-800mg range.

I am not glorifying drug abuse, but it is essential to know what such heavy diphenhydramine doses to mental functions, reaction time, sound, etc so I would direct you to erowid (Google diphenhydramine erowid and read reports)

Alcohol takes no explanation, but, I don't drink more than a handful of times a year because I don't particularly care for the negative side effects and extreme dehydration, this is the first alcohol I'd had in about 4 months, slammed the first 24oz and set into the second in about 5 minutes, got half-way done with the second by ten minutes and continued to drink through the first match when I had down time.

I had also taken a few too many rips on my Speakeasy 710 cartridge, 70%~ THC (sativa), so that certainly helped with the mental focus, but it was in combination with the alcohol and diphenhydramine

I have an overall K/D in MW2 of 2.59, 2.47 in HC S&D, and a 2.82 in HC DoM
I've been playing S&D "competitively" since CoD4 (2007), was in a scrim team for MW2, BO1, and BO2, and fell off after BO3, didn't come back to CoD till WW2, skipped the Treyarch after BO3, and set back in with MW2019 and MW2022.

I've never once been banned by Punkbuster, VAC, or Ricochet, because I'm not cheating (I know that's what a cheater would say and to that I say suck my nuts) but I have been sent to the "under account review" shadow realm NINE times since MW2 released due to excessive spam reporting by people that don't like being smacked silly once in awhile, and it's getting old TBH
