The Specialist Strike Package is by far my favorite is probably the most powerful in the game. However, it is poorly understood. There are a whole myriad of rumors and myths surround the perks, and especially the proficiencies that are unlocked. Do you get all proficiencies? Does my secondary weapon get proficiencies? What about weapons I pick up off the ground? All of these questions and more are answered in Modern Warfare 3 In Depth Specialist. Oh, and I get a MOAB :)
