1After who know how long, I finally decided to replay NFS Most Wanted 2005.
I originally intended to play KryZeePlays' REDUX mod. However, when I planned to mod on top of it, specifically replacing the vanilla cars, it quickly became apparent that mod utilises a different way of applying mods. In this case, through the VltEdit tool instead of the classic ModLoader.
This meant that most mods (that I know of) are incompatible to work together with the REDUX mod and cars I wanted to play with can't work because they use ModLoader instead of VltEdit. So this is my compromise; I reinstalled the game untouched, garnered my car mods, downloaded a ReShader tool and dumped them in classic ModLoader style.
It should be said KryZee's REDUX mod is astounding. Watch his video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aK42w...) and if you're a fan of the OG NFS Most Wanted, this is the closest we all would get to a remaster of this game.
