Pawniard is one of the best Pokémon for the Little Cup, but can only be obtained by hatching from a 12 KM egg on an account level 13 or lower. Joined by Seel and a non-XL shiny Bronzor, this is one of the strongest teams you could run for the Little Cup meta.
