My Boss is Weird is a free to play PC game released on Steam. The story is a combination of a few things. You to make choices on how you respond to a situation which varies the course of the story! The games tries to explain that your choices effect 4 factors which to me is hard to understand. I'd prefer to think of it as a way to know what ending your heading towards. My advice is to ignore it and do what you like as this is designed for multiple playthroughs! So trial and error.
As you progress through the story you get Manga segments which help explain the character and the story you are in.
Heck even on Steam its defined as a Henti so be warned!
There's Steam Achievements with no issues! To me its a Henti game. I would say give it a shot if you're ok with romance going a bit of the rails.... O.O
