My current understanding and proposed solution to the Bergen County Board of Social Services
This is fragmented observations without concise thought put into all of the ideas suggested.
Near the end I stop speaking about my thoughts about the operation of the agency. Ultimately, it appears that it is a waste of $40m tax payer money, and it can be done more effectively with more results with less then $10m a year by not having it as a big agency but as an individualized personal service that is individually provided in each municipality in Bergen County. It just seems like a waste of $40m tax payer money for them to have a county agency that has one purpose which is to help file paperwork. My proposed initial idea that is under $10m also includes real SOCIAL WORK ASSISTANCE. Maybe the Social Service part of the agency is the part that it only serves the interests of the people working there, not the people going for the service, and certainty it serves no purpose for the average citizen who's tax money is funding this nonsense.
