There is a house for sale in the state of Pennsylvania, 4 acres, asking price is $250,000, has view of the Penn State University football stadium, average property tax per year is anywhere from ~$1000 to ~$2000, if someone has any interest to buy it to live there or as an investment property let me know ASAP I might serve as the middle-man with the expectation of a finder's fee of a reasonable amount that I now think that $10,000 is more then reasonable. It appears to be a bargain as an investment property for 10...20... years down the road. Land is finite, especially land in the United States of America.
