This is the first time I've gone online #simracing in #virtualreality, taking to the Formula 4 Fixed series on #iracing at Long Beach - a tough combination to survive at the best of times!!

Predictably there's carnage throughout, but can I keep out of danger and bring home a good finish amidst so VERY tight racing?

YOUR HELP NEEDED!

I'm just experimenting with how I might integrate #vr to my #simracing channel, so your feedback is key. Please do let me know in the comments if you enjoy the VR perspective for race videos.

You can find out my initial reflections on racing in VR here -    • My first sim race in VR!! | Pimax Crystal ...

VR is tailor made for sim racing, and I've been keen to try it out for years now. I've been fortunate that Pimax reached out and offered to loan me a headset to give it a try. This isn't a full review of that headset, and nor is anything I say or reflect on influenced or shaped by Pimax. It's a fully independent take on the experience.

If you do want to know more about the technical specs of the headset, you can find them here:
