AMS 2, iRacing and LMU have all committed to producing a career mode in recent years, but introducing one is a HUGE undertaking. Despite it being easy to be a sim racing snob about titles like F1 25, perhaps the more serious sims can learn some lessons from what is probably one of the best sports game career modes out there...
