MY FIRST RALLY LEAGUE EVENT! Sim Rally Masters Round One: Ireland
So I got coerced into joining this rally thing by GP Laps and his mates over there. Figured it'd be something new and something fun to try out, and if I crash, I crash. It's my first time, I'm allowed ONE excuse.
The event will be split into two legs, the first today, the second at another point, and will be fun to see where I fit in amongst the 1,000-plus people that have signed up for this. Can we get through to the end of leg one WITHOUT the dreaded super rally, which is just a time penalty for crashing, and allows you to attempt the next leg.
Let's find out. Time to be more Burns than McRae, I feel.
