My Fitness VLOG - #2
At the end of the second week of my Fitness VLOG, I cope with working out on consecutive days much better and training multiple muscle groups together. The elasticity of my muscles is increasing, and I have less delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). I did struggle very slightly towards the end of the week but coped by doing less exercises and focusing on good contractions. The first week wasn't very enjoyable but now I realised how much I missed working out.
