I got to as low as 0.80fps. The replay feature doesn't show the fps I was getting during the game, but still drops significantly during combat. I'm pretty sure it's the CPU and HDD would be responsible for this experience. This was only my second game. The first one I used optimized settings and for this one I used the lowest settings. Things just streamed in a bit faster putting everything on low. Auto settings some buildings wouldn't stream in at all.
