I do not understand why the new character gets added to the game at all. I confused myself because the option I picked at the start incorrectly chose she/her instead of he/him. The game would have made a lot more sense if I knew the crane boy was talking about me despite me incredibly hating his character design. If they changed the game to have Lopunny's friend make it, it would make the game make total sense.
