Bufferbloat is the first thing you should be looking for a well balanced net, especially for those who share internet with others (Family or whoever else)
Basically my ping keeps spiking whenever someone else is using lot of bandwidth, meaning the packets do not process, send and recieve properly.
Even though my pc has priority (QoS) over other devices, bufferbloat still occures. With a greater bandwidth, priority should fix or make bufferbloat stable enough.
