I had to find 3 waiters who were confused by Sparky's magic (all the anomalies were caused by him), and I had trouble finding one of them for a little while, yeah. More stealth and another race. I approached a pumpkin and then I was at Maretime Bay during day with no explanation. There I had to deliver smoothies and grow pumpkins, one of which was far away for whatever reason.
