Hello all so it's been 9 plus months since my mum's PIP got changed from DLA to PiP, yet when at the assessment they said my mum could walk more than 200 meters and could see very well. Even though ATOS aka PIP aren't medically trained at all and know nothing about my mum's health history. She's also diabetic and she end up forgetting to take her tablets by her doctor. In 2017 we went to the Eye Hospital in Bristol and they had found that she had quite A lot wrong with her eyes especially with the diabetes not being under control. We then got the hospital to send the information to our doctor to write a letter to PIP to reconsider the first time and we got no points, the second got recondered but only this time we got 4 points which was not enough. This is wasting tax Payers money and also wasting government money because of their misused information on vulnerable people and us disabled people are paying with our lives and health problems and needs to stop. Then on Monday 16th April we managed to win the Tribunal case with the 3 judges granting my mum her money which we've to wait a further 4 to 6 weeks and it'll be back dated from the day they took it off her. There's a but though! So today Friday 20th April 2018. Mum phoned up to ask how long it'll take and they said around 4 to 6 weeks, and then the But comes into effect and she replied that's as long as they don't recontest the Judges rules. So my mum could still get turned down and get no money for her health condition which is a waste of time and money and energy if that happens. Let me know if they've said the same guys and gals.
