In this video, I test to see whether the Elgato HD 60 really does record gameplay in 60 frames per second (which it does). I also give my thoughts and opinions about the Elgato HD 60 compared to my old capturing device, the Hauppauge HD PVR. I hope you guys enjoy the video and don't forget to enjoy that 60 FPS :D
