Purchased an XNA Final Kit from DEVIL D0G on se7ensins. He still has kits for sale (as far as I'm aware) and among them are more kits like the one I have and Slim Final XDKs. I got the kit on the 2nd of June and I unboxed it then, however I didn't do an unboxing video as my cheeks were pretty swollen from getting my wisdom teeth removed.

This video just shows me going around the contents of the HDD, which includes the sample apps that come bundled with most kits and a couple of Kinect related test apps. If I get an adapter for the current Kinect sensor I have right now, I may do a video in regards to those apps. Anyhow, I may try to just fiddle around with developing a couple of test apps for Xbox 360.
