I just found my RAREST shiny in this OBSCURE POKEMON GAME, Pokemon Rumble!

Once ever few months, shiny hunters come together to find shinies in the old WiiWare game Pokemon Rumble. This past weekend I decided to try and hunt for a shiny boss Dragonite but I instead got something WAY more rare!
