I modified loadingscreens.wtd (the file that holds every background and foreground of the loading screens in GTA IV) to contain each different picture of the "my reaction to that information" meme (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OVNyasaVsb8).

There is a trick to keep the loading screens going on forever as you record them with OBS - you just need to alt-tab while in windowed or borderless mode. However, the game stops outputting audio when not in focus. Because of this, I added the loading theme by myself when editing the footage (you may or may not notice the sudden change in instruments when it finally throws me into the game).
