today i'm taking you along on my REALISTIC exercise journey! 💪🏻 working out to celebrate my body, not punish it. getting into a steady routine of exercise has always been difficult for me, but at the beginning of this year i was super consistent and i never felt better. but life happened and i got busy and moved and all of the usual stuff, so this is a documentation of attempting to get back into the swing of things after being in a season of rest. also, unlearning what i once knew about exercise and reframing it as joyful movement has been so healing for me. i filmed myself doing 3 workouts over the last few months and give you my honest thoughts and feelings! hope you enjoy xoxoxo
