"Using tricks decreases kill time therefore it increases your parse"
No, just because something decreases kill time does not automatically mean it increases YOUR parse. The misunderstanding here is usually not understanding the magnitude of one thing compared to another. Tricks on cooldown or not is a fairly minuscule difference when looking at total raid DPS and barely changes your kill time. Roughly 1 less Mutilate cast per 2 minutes due to the energy cost of Tricks certainly has a bigger negative impact on the individual's parse than the VERY slight positive increase due to VERY slightly faster kill time.
"The game is easy"
Among all the guilds who have posted to WCL as of 3/22/2023, 23% have not cleared a single hardmode. Only 24% have killed either Yogg 0 + Algalon or Yogg 1 + Algalon. This raid is substantially more difficult than we've had in classic and it is NOT easy for the majority of players.

Feel free to look up my main Simonizeshow on WCL who has a 99.0 best performance average, all hardmodes clear, and maintains a 96.4 median performance average.
"If someone in a good team would do those parse cheeses, they would get kicked / No one actually does those strats"
Again, feel free to look up top parses on WCL. You can see MOST rogues in top individual rankings and top speed kills are NOT using tricks of the trade on cooldown. You can look at the top 10 rogues on Yogg Saron and they are ALL spamming Fan of Knives on Guardians at the very end of the fight.
