My Thoughts On Alisa
Old school survival horror games have made a comeback in recent years in the indie scene. In this video I'll talk about one of those games called Alisa, that intends to return back to the late 1990s survival horror roots both graphically and gameplaywise. Developed by a Belgium developer, Casper Croes. Crowdfunded on Kickstarter and initially released in October 2021, followed by the Director's Cut about a year later. Now that I’ve played Alisa twice, it’s about time I give my thoughts on the game. Does returning back to the more 'primitive' survival horror roots of the old-school PS1 era in every aspect work in Alisa's favor? Or are there certain elements that are better left in the 90s?
My name is Siperos, and these are my thoughts on Alisa!
