My (Very Honest) Disney Halloween Review
This is a review of our family cruise on the Disney Dream and Disney Cruise Line-Halloween on the High Seas! Full of tips, a ship tour and packing ideas! We experienced the Halloween on the High Seas voyage and left from Port Canaveral. The ship stopped in Nassau Bahamas as well as Disney's private island, Castaway Cay. You'll also see our stateroom that had a massive veranda off the back of the ship. Watch till the end to see our Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party review!

Staterooms on a Disney Dream Cruise are more spacious than most other cruise line cabins. There are four designations for rooms: Concierge, Verandah, Oceanview & Inside. Each room has different configurations and features a mini-fridge and a safe. Kids sailing on the Disney Dream will enjoy sleeping on the bunk beds that fold into a couch during the day to give you extra seating area when you want to relax in your room.
Staterooms on the Disney Dream have one feature that we just love, a split bathroom. One bathroom has tub & sink, while other has toilet & sink. Makes getting ready a breeze for families!
Kids have so much to do on a Disney Dream Cruise that they will NEVER get bored especially with the new updates of the Oceaneer Club.
Younger kids (under 12) can spend time playing video games, dressing up, doing art or just watching a movie on the big screen. Disney Characters even come to join in on the fun! Older kids (11-14) will enjoy all the fun activities they have at Club Edge! They can watch sports on the large screen TVs, play group activities, craft or just enjoy playing video games. There is also a Teen club (Vibe) for older kids that has a smoothie bar, video games and planned activities geared toward their age group.
One of the highlights on the Disney Dream is the Aquaduck! This 765-foot-long water coaster will even take you over the side of the ship!
It is fun and there is really nothing scary about it! You will also find 2 pools and a toddler water play area on deck!
Rotating Dining on the Disney Dream
Dining on the Disney Dream is AMAZING. There are three restaurants you will dine at on rotation.
Our favorite is Animator’s Palate. Your servers will come with you each night and will treat you like you are royalty!

Broadway Style Entertainment
One of the reasons to take a Disney Dream Cruise is the shows you get to see on board the ship.
Each evening, you will get to see a live show that is exclusive to the Disney Cruise Line.
These shows are fabulous. I am talking Broadway caliber! You will not want to miss any of them!
Disney “Beauty and the Beast” is a brand-new musical theater performance inspired by the live-action adaptation of the animated classic. This musical is only shown aboard the Disney Dream!
