I'm sure I don't have to tell anyone that customer support is everything in this game - lose that, and you'll lose your customers.

So what happened to Charles at MFD, well aside from popping up sometimes in AliShanmao videos to being a full-time absentee.

Where he was quick to respond and helpful, he's no nowhere to be seen - perhaps he's too busy under the mounting bulk of paypal disputes against him ?

The hardware is still great (when working), but what's the point of that if there's no support when things go wrong.
