Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon is a really well made 3D action-platformer for the N64. In many ways, the game is somewhat similar to Ocarina of Time, with its open world, active action-combat and dungeon puzzles, but from time to time, the game is also more of an RPG where you gotta talk to people and figure out where to go next.

While it does have a bit wonky camera and controls from time to time, it still plays very nice given it's time, and given the awesome soundtrack it rocks (probably the best soundtrack of the N64), I am more than happy this game exists!
