In this series we will attempt to debunk different urban legends and myths in the Land of Dawn.

For this episode we will test if this statement is true or not.

"Harley should use Lightning Truncheon to improve the final damage of his ultimate."

Harley's ultimate has an initial and final damage and it lasts for 4 seconds.
Any damage that Harley does to the target during its 4 second duration will amplify the final damage of his ultimate.
So what you'd want to do is deal all your damage after before the 4 second timer is done.
Based on the statement, the passive damage of Lightning Truncheon should increase the final damage.
