N Scale Layout Update: Adding The Busch 8004 Tunnel To The Layout & Advice
3Here is my N scale model railway layout update and here. I have added the Busch 8004 twin track curved tunnel into the layout to give it some life. I am going to keep this layout as a portable one so that it's easier to maintain and to dismantle when I leave Northern Ireland later this year.
In truth, the tunnel isn't really designed to be used with this type of Kato UniTrack as it is aimed for tighter radius set track. But it will fit with some careful placement. I originally wanted a twin track straight tunnel for ease but I could not find one ready made and this one will do for now. I picked this one pre-owned and it is in good condition.
It does the job and I will be adding a basic station next onto the layout. It is nicer now with a tunnel don't you think? I am going to make the most of this layout as it is "Tren El Paradiso" Phase 1. Once I have found a new place to live and settled down. I will be making a permanent N scale model railway and I will really put my creativity into it as well.
