decided to make this one for fun and suddenly i remembered why i love Laney amps in the first place. incredibly unique preamp designs.
really enjoyed noodling around with the Klipp channel, its circuit is like a separate gain stage running in parallel with the main preamp, allows for a lot of insane tonal possibilities outside of the usual stoner, doom, etc. very versatile when dialed in right.
really love the cleans on this one, too. a lot of other clean sounds i've played always sounded a tad too scooped for my liking, but the Klipp's normal channel sounds very forward without having to resort to edge of breakup tones.
i'll admit i also made these presets purely not out of coincidence with the newest ML Sound Lab amp sims that just came out (and are also based on the same amp.) highly worth checking out if you prefer a more straightforward package instead of how i set up my signal chains, hahah
