CONTENT ADVISORY: Extreme violence with blood, enemies being set on fire and crying out in pain, mild suggestive themes, fleeting mild language, pervasive drug references, and gibbing. Gibbing is especially prevalent as you destroy criminals with a RPG launcher and the true final boss takes more damage. Your chief Spencer Williams will say "Where the hell are ya?" over the NARC radio before the 4th stage.
YES! Now I've done it. While I usually play the defaults I just had to get a 1CC of level 10, the maximum difficulty. So, here it is. On this setting, it's almost like another game. I recommend getting a 1CC on the default level 3 at least once before you try this. Williams should've used the name "Nightmare" for Level 10.
What is different?
* Das Lof Gang- Faster fire rate & bullet speed.
* Dogs- Sped up considerably.
* Spike Rush "Hypoman" - Throws needles a bit faster.
* Helicopter - Not much if any difference. It's still fine to lurk on the bridge & kill helicopters with rockets... shoot one down, then mop up. Profit.
* Joe Rockhed "Dumpster Man" & Kinky Pinky- Major speed buff. Stay the hell away from them or use a rocket. I am sure they take more bullets to kill as well.
* John Smith (no name shown in game) - The pimp throws some ludicrously insane amounts of dynamite. In Red Level 1 before Mr. Big's office, he's a real problem.
* Sgt. Skyhigh- Extremely fast. Fires even more bullets if using a machine gun.
* HQ Posse- Bullet speed seems a little faster.
* Mr. Big & his true last boss form- Pretty much the same.
