Here is a Naruto Orochimaru Build Guide in Baldur's Gate 3. This is a lore accurate build for Orochimaru and it would go perfectly on a dark urge / evil tav playthrough in bg3. It is not the most perfect class in the game, but it can be a strong one that takes advantage of using the Wisdom stat for both classes.
Orochimaru is chasing immortality in Naruto and he is also known for raising the dead so I figured the spore druid is perfect here.
This uses light armor, but if you have clothing that can work great as well, because the monk has the ability to use clothing plus your wisdom modifier for armor class. If you don't use armor you can go with many different options freeing up gear for your team.
