Last week in Martinsville, Muccioli battled a loose #28 Neon Racing Chevrolet SS and finished 35th, meanwhile, Hendrick Motorsports driver Kasey Kahne claimed his golden ticket to Homestead Miami Speedway to race for the Sprint Cup. This week, Alan Muccioli and his HMS aligned, Aurora, Colorado based Chevrolet team, Neon Racing, head back to Texas, the place where Alan began to be a talk as one of the 16 Chase racers with a stellar 17th place finish. The 1.5 mile tracks have REALLY been Alan's strong card, finishing in the top 20 in every race (except Las Vegas), a top 10 in Kentucky, and winning all 3 of the 1.5 mile tracks in the chase.
